Jeff is the founder of breathARMY. His mission is to educate, inspire and empower others to live to their true potential. He offers tools to break through the structures that hold us back from living and expressing that potential in the world. Jeff has studied, trained and practiced with some of the world's leading breathwork and movement facilitators. Wim Hof, Patrick McKeown, Brian Mackenzie, David Shannahoff Khalsa and Jhenneviev Heartt are a few of the influences that have led to the creation of breathARMY, a unique offering of breathwork, meditation, movement and exposure to natural stressors that help us to regain our own true nature. Jeff also works as a paramedic for the British Columbia Ambulance Service and resides in Victoria, BC.
The current exhibition at Lake Country Art Gallery:

On the Eighth Day, is an exhibition of works by Julie Oakes and Christian Bernard Singer that explores the act of creating as inherently linked to the ability to destroy in order to bring about harmony and peace, or chaos and loss. As we grapple with the climate crisis and a world pandemic, humans are being given an opportunity to review our relationship with the land that we were given, but on which we are merely passing tenants.
COVID distancing regulations will be observed. These special protocols/guidelines do not necessarily reflect our beliefs but we, as community space holders, want to be able to keep gathering and to minimize risk for the collective, so we need to adhere to the rules and guidelines set out by health authorities.
Thank you for sharing the responsibility with us:

*Do not attend if you are feeling unwell at all or have any symptoms
*If returning from an out of country trip you are required to self-quarantine for 14 days
*Sanitize or wash your hands upon arrival at the event and again before leaving (sanitizer will be provided)
*Maintain 6 feet physical distancing at all times
*Unfortunately, no shaking hands or hugs or physical contact while at the event, anywhere onsite

Sound Bath Meditation @Lake Country Art Gallery

Take in an evening of art and sound meditation, the current exhibition at the Lake Country Art Gallery is On The Eighth Day is an exhibition of works by Julie Oakes and Christian Bernard Singer that explores the act of creating as inherently linked to the ability to destroy in order to bring about harmony and peace, or chaos and loss.  As we grapple with the climate crisis and a world pandemic, humans are being given an opportunity to review our relationship with the land that we were given, but on which we are merely passing tenants.

This sound bath will be led by Elysha Gagne (@hoopeluv), who will be guiding you through the experience. Feel rejuvenated by this harmonic healing meditation. Surrounded and immersed in vibrations. Delivered through modern crystal and antique Tibetan singing bowls.

Bring your pillows, blankets, yoga mats and snuggle into the comforting sounds of these tranquil instruments.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and take time to enjoy the art on display.
SPACE IS LIMITED for COVID safe experience
- tickets are $25 each
