Our Story Time will feature books related to themes in the exhibitions, some movement with animal yoga and free art time. This project offers a space for parents, guardians and daycare workers to take little ones to in Lake Country.

Open Studio Fridays with Tina Siddiqui

Artist instructor Tina Siddiqui leads this guided practice with a focus on drawing, painting, and mixed media. Tina has been teaching painting, drawing and mixed media courses in the Okanagan for nearly 20 years. Trained as a graphic artist, Tina has since exhibited in group and solo shows in the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Pakistan and Dubai since 1976; and awarded for portraiture and abstract paintings, namely 2003 Open International Portrait Competition in Toronto.

Sessions run select Fridays from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Register to secure your place.

TapIn: Creative SafeSpace for Teens
Aged 13-17 | Drop-in wellness program where participants can access self-awareness through the creative process.

Fridays* 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
*except for SD23 pro-d days

Led by Amy Van Dongen an Okanagan based artist & art therapist who holds a Fine Arts Degree from University of Waterloo and a Graduate Diploma from the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute.

Cost is supported by sponsors and by donation to allow for barrier-free access to participants.
